You will work with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Foremen and field staff to deliver projects on time and on budget with quality.

• Experience managing crews on construction projects.
• Industry-related technical, operations and safety training.
• Ability to interpret and build according to drawings and documents.
• Outstanding organizational and supervisory skills.
• Collaborative attitude and teamwork spirit.
• Regular, full-time onsite attendance per schedule is essential.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with others.
• Ability to identify changes from the original scope of work.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; supervisory capability.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office and HCSS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise construction effort to align with design, budget, and schedule.
• Review the schedule and budget and ensure adherence.
• Provide daily and weekly schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain records for site personnel (daily field reports, RFIs).
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control).
• Supervise craft employees and other contractors as required by the contract.
• Authorize and approve project personnel transactions and field changes as needed.
• Provide technical assistance, e.g., interpretation of drawings and methods.
