Job summary

Landry/French is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent with at least 5 years in commercial construction, preferably healthcare. You will oversee field operations on assigned projects, lead safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and coordinate with subcontractors and teams.

The Superintendent II works with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with contract documents and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eight years of commercial construction experience minimum.
• Three years leading field operations as a Superintendent or equivalent preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and construction activities.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project site coordination and supervision of day-to-day field activities.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractor activities to support project goals, schedules, and milestones.
• Develop and manage three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Lead field meetings and communicate project priorities and execution plans.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions for field issues and schedule impacts.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
