Benchmark Construction Company, a Lancaster, PA–based commercial general contractor, seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations on healthcare or MEP projects. You will oversee safety, quality, and on-time delivery, guiding teams of Benchmark staff and subcontractors.

You will partner with Project Managers, interpret blueprints, and leverage Procore and other PM tools to keep schedules and budgets aligned.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects (Healthcare or MEP exposure).
• Strong hands-on foundation from vocational school, technical college, or apprenticeship program.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and site blueprints.
• Fluent in English with clear written and verbal communication; proactive execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects to completion with safety, speed, and the highest standards.
• Coordinate field operations with Benchmark employees and subcontractors.
• Mentor the next generation of construction leaders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to keep schedules on track and adjust plans as needed.
• Master the game plan from financial goals to inspections, ensuring delivery.
