Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on complex commercial builds across the Midwest. You will oversee daily site activities and coordinate with PMs, clients, and inspectors to keep projects on schedule and within safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field leadership experience in commercial construction.
• Proven track record delivering projects from ground-up through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of trades, codes, and construction sequencing.
• OSHA 30 and current safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and site logistics.
• Manage subcontractor activities and schedules.
• Enforce safety standards and quality control.
• Communicate with PMs, clients, and inspectors.
• Ensure on-time project delivery with minimal punch list.
