Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site construction across Michigan for a well-established general contractor with a strong backlog and long-term client relationships.

You will manage subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations from mobilization through closeout, coordinate with project managers, owners, and design teams, and enforce safety standards to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent with a general contractor (GC)
• Experience on ground-up and/or large renovation commercial, industrial, or multifamily projects

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations to maintain schedule and quality
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, and design teams to ensure alignment
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, inspections, and material deliveries
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues, conflicts, and delays; track progress to ensure on-time, in-scope completion
