Job summary

Clayco is seeking a seasoned Field Operations Project Leader to direct on-site construction activities for large-scale projects in the St. Louis area. You will coordinate subcontractors, field engineering, and cost control, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality targets are met.

The role emphasizes management of job-site procedures, documentation, and client communications, with a focus on achieving project milestones within budget while upholding Clayco’s standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Experience with field operations, safety programs, and project controls is expected.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct all on-site construction activities; serve as primary contact for field operations.
• Ensure construction complies with design, specs, schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, field engineering, contract admin, cost, schedule, procurement, and accounting services.
