Job summary

The Beck Group, headquartered in Dallas, seeks a Senior Project Manager (Mission Critical) to lead large-scale projects with budgets from $50 million to $150 million. You will supervise project engineers, APMs, and field teams, while maintaining client relationships and driving schedule and budget success.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in vertical commercial construction, strong knowledge of BIM/CMC tools such as Revit, Procore, CMiC, and Synchro, and a track record of value delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience or equivalent leadership in large projects.
• Experience leading teams of engineers and contractors on multi-project programs.
• College degree; relevant experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direction, completion, and financial outcome of projects from $50M to $150M.
• Manage project schedule, cost control, risk, and client relationships.
• Lead project team including engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
