Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in construction management, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety and quality as per drawings.
• Keeps project schedule and escalates delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Writes Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for records.
• Takes progress photos and maintains organized site records.
• Prepares Monthly Progress Reports and contract extras with the Project Manager.
• Ensures latest design drawings are used and may support senior staff on complex projects.
