DPR Construction is seeking a highly experienced field superintendent to lead on-site execution for complex construction projects in the United States. You will coordinate with project teams, self-perform crews, and trade partners to maintain momentum, ensure safety, and meet quality standards.
You will guide field logistics, identify opportunities for prefabrication, and mentor peers, while adhering to safety plans and company practices.

Provides leadership in the planning, coordination, and execution of field operations for complex construction projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, safety requirements, and quality standards. Guides field execution by applying advanced superintendent knowledge and judgment to resolve complex construction challenges without formal people management responsibilities. Coordinates across project teams, trade partners, and self-perform work to maintain workflow continuity and mitigate risks. Influences project outcomes by identifying constructability improvements, sequencing efficiencies, and prefabrication opportunities. Contributes to continuous improvement by sharing field insights and leading practices with project teams.
Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
7 years of experience in field operations, construction supervision, or a related field required. Experience supporting complex projects with multiple trade partners preferred.
