Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction crews.
• Commercial building experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Valid state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews.
• Coordinate with clients.
• Assist Project Manager in maintaining schedule.
• Dispatching crews.
• Scheduling materials.
• Overseeing inspections.
• Liaising with engineering and project management teams to ensure design accuracy before work commences.
• Ordering and scheduling delivery of equipment.
• Acting as the main communication link between field and office.
• Managing timecards and schedules for field staff.
• Providing leadership to on-site staff and subcontractors.
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
• Ensuring safety policies are followed.
• Reviewing project progress to meet deadlines.
• Perform other related duties as required.
