Job summary

PURIS is seeking a dedicated Field Superintendent in Hyattsville, MD to coordinate and execute project work alongside the Project Manager and operations team. You will represent the company on-site, directing trades and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in civil wet utilities construction, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil wet utilities construction experience.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities in coordination with Project/Operations Manager.
• Direct and coordinate trades on site and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site functions; manage scheduling, engineering and material control.
