Job summary

Posillico Civil, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent in Central Texas to manage a civil construction project, leading crews and subcontractors to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering with 3–5 years in superintendent roles on >$10M contracts, and demonstrate strong TXDOT knowledge, communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering or related field, with 3–5 years in superintendent roles.
• Experience with excavation, piles, sewer or waste plants; heavy construction site-work.
• Strong knowledge of bridge construction methods, concrete work and formwork.
• Familiarity with TXDOT specifications and standards.
• Excellent communication, organization and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead all crews and subcontractors to complete work safely, on time, and within budget.
• Ensure OSHA standards, site safety, and proper utility protection.
• Submit daily time sheets and assist estimating for future work.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and utilities; prepare rolling two-week look ahead.
• Oversee planning, manpower, equipment needs, and coordination with PM.
