Job summary

Posillico Civil, Inc. in Austin, TX, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-discipline civil projects. You will coordinate with superintendents, project engineers, and clients to meet safety, schedule, and budget goals.

The role requires a strong background in heavy construction and proficiency with Procore, Viewpoint, and Primavera P6. You will oversee CPM scheduling, cost reporting, change management, and coordination with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely, on-budget

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering or related 4-year degree in Construction/Environmental Management.
• 7+ years of related experience; project management on large projects preferred.
• Experience with heavy construction and scheduling software is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership and primary client contact for assigned projects.
• Lead safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Manage CPM scheduling, look-ahead planning, and coordination with subs/vendors.
• Prepare monthly cost detail reports and track change orders.
