Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience; supervisory responsibility for at least 1 year.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents; familiarity with field management.

Responsibilities

• Supervises field construction, planning, and scheduling to complete work on time and within budget.
• Communicates with clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, vendors, crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develops on-site plans and procedures based on timelines and staffing requirements.
• Creates project management documentation (schedules, RFIs, reports).
• Coordinates and directs subcontractors to ensure smooth completion and quality control.
• Attends safety meetings and enforces site safety programs.
