Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises on-site field construction, planning and scheduling to meet deadlines and budget.
• Communicates with clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors to facilitate timely completion.
• Reviews contracts, drawings, and specs to develop on-site plans and staffing.
• Maintains project documentation: schedules, RFIs, daily/weekly reports.
• Oversees safety, conducts meetings and ensures compliance with procedures.
• Coordinates subcontractors and trains direct reports to achieve objectives.
• Monitors progress against estimates and coordinates material deliveries.
