Responsibilities

• Oversee field construction, organizing work, planning, and scheduling to meet timelines and budgets.
• Conduct workplace inspections for quantity, quality, safety, and subcontractor progress.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, and crews to ensure timely project completion.
• Review contracts, drawings and specs; develop on-site plans and staffing for each phase.
• Prepare project management docs: schedules, RFIs, daily reports, tracking reports.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure work aligns with plans and quality standards.
