Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees the field construction of a project including its organization, planning and scheduling to complete on time and within budget.
• Communicates with client representatives, architects, engineers, inspectors, vendors, crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate timely project completion.
• Reviews contracts, drawings, and specifications to develop on-site plans and staffing for each phase.
• Creates project management documentation such as schedules, RFIs, daily reports, etc.
• Coordinates work among subcontractors to achieve smooth project completion.
• Ensures safety program compliance on site and documents violations.
