RobCo Inc. is seeking a Senior Field Solutions Engineer to join our Austin-based team. You will lead deployment of RobCo's autonomous robotic systems at customer sites across the United States, ensuring seamless integration with existing production environments.

You will own end-to-end deployments, manage projects, and mentor cross-functional teams while delivering robust automation solutions and ongoing support. Fluent English required; travel within the US is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience deploying large autonomous systems.
• Ability to lead complex projects end-to-end with little oversight.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Development and Testing: own robotic concepts from design to deployment at Austin facility and customer sites.
• Customer Deployment and Integration: lead deployment and commissioning, ensure integration with production environments.
• Project Leadership: plan, scope, timelines, and risk management to successful commissioning.
• Operational Scalability: improve deployment processes and team workflows for scaling.
• Customer-Centric Approach: understand customer needs and translate into automation solutions.
• Technical Support and Training: provide on-site support and training to customers.
• Documentation: create detailed technical docs and user manuals.
• Innovation and Feedback: collaborate with hardware/software teams to improve technology.
