Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Senior Technical Training Instructor based in Broken Arrow, OK with relocation required. Qualifications

• 10+ years of Field Service Engineering experience or equivalent technical field experience.
• Proven record of developing, delivering, or supporting technical training for field personnel, customers, or internal technical teams.
• Strong understanding of power generation systems, automatic transfer switches, low-/medium-voltage switchgear, PLCs, SCADA, generator controls.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop training materials for Russelectric ATS, switchgear, PLC, SCADA, equipment modifications, safety, onboarding, and continued development of Field Service Engineers.
• Coordinate, document, and provide regular technical training for field service employees, including hands-on instruction, virtual learning, and demonstrations.
• Identify training needs and improve content using field support trends and leadership feedback.
• Create engaging online training and practical exercises for Field Service, Sales, internal teams, and external customers.
• Collaborate with leadership, Field Service, FAST, Automation, Engineering, and Sales to align training with field and business needs.
• Maintain training center equipment and ensure training assets reflect current field equipment.
• Provide technical instruction related to power generation, ATS, switchgear, PLC, SCADA, and customer field applications.
