Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior Water Treatment Technician to service and maintain water treatment equipment at customer sites in the Jacksonville, FL area. This role requires hands-on technical ability, strong PLC and controls knowledge, and excellent customer service skills.

Travel is ~50% with opportunities for growth and a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of technical experience, including industrial or commercial process water experience.
• Experience troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining water treatment equipment and systems.
• Basic controls ability, including PLC experience.
• Strong technical/mechanical/plumbing aptitude.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including the ability to utilize smart devices.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain water treatment equipment at customer sites.
• Utilize company service vehicle and travel to customer sites (approximately 50%+).
• Provide exceptional customer-facing support and ensure safety and compliance.
