Responsibilities

• Assists in planning daily work schedule within assigned territory to complete preventive and remedial maintenance.
• Uses escalation policies as required to keep management informed of down situations.
• Verifies and approves operational quality of system equipment; performs periodic maintenance (daily to annual) within established time frames.
• Liaises with customer management on admin and technical matters; assists in meetings.
• Performs start-up, warranty, paid service, and service contracts; assists Tier II/III start-ups and mentors staff.
• Develops productivity plans; tracks equipment performance and uptime; knowledge of SPC and quality improvement.
• Plans and executes support activities on Applied Materials systems; may require technical assistance.
