The role coordinates work orders, tracks parts and labor, and interfaces with technicians and customers to ensure timely service delivery. Ideal candidates have 3+ years' experience with electrical power generators, strong administrative and customer-service skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years' experience with electrical power generators.
• 3 years administrative/clerical experience.
• 3 years customer service experience.
• 1 year sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes service work orders and ensures accuracy of parts, labor, notes, and warranties.
• Verifies technician time cards and coordinates invoicing with dealerships and vendors.
• Provides completed service reports and required documents to customers.
• Maintains accurate service records and warranty documentation.
• Promotes Wagner services and supports fleet and accounts payable/receivable processes.
