Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. seeks an experienced field tester to test, inspect and troubleshoot LV, MV and HV equipment across Tennessee and the Southeast. The role includes NETA testing, commissioning new equipment, and supporting outages and emergencies.

Candidates must hold NETA Level II–IV, have 2–5+ years of field testing experience, and follow strict safety practices (LOTO, arc flash, NFPA 70E). Travel up to 50% and a valid driver’s license are required; a company truck, full benefits, and per

This field role is for an experienced tech testing and maintaining electrical power systems for customers across Tennessee and the Southeast.

What you'll do

• Test, inspect and troubleshoot LV, MV and HV switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays and cable.
• Perform NETA acceptance and maintenance testing, and document the results.
• Commission new equipment, and support outages and emergency calls.
• Lead and mentor Level I/II techs on site.
