Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking an experienced field technician to test, inspect, and troubleshoot LV, MV, and HV equipment across Tennessee and the Southeast. You will perform NETA acceptance and maintenance testing, document results, and commission new equipment while supporting outages and emergencies.

You will lead and mentor Level I/II technicians on site, uphold rigorous safety standards, and travel up to 50% with a company truck and full benefits.

Qualifications

• NETA Level II, III or IV certification.
• 2–5+ years of field testing experience.
• Solid safety habits: LOTO, arc flash and NFPA 70E.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
