Job summary

Gold Coast JCB in Medley, FL is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy machinery at customer sites and facilities. You will deliver diagnostic analyses, preventive maintenance, and support to teammates while prioritizing uptime.

Qualifications

• College degree in Diesel or Technical field (equivalent experience considered).
• 10+ years as Service Technician or similar in heavy machinery/truck/diesel industry.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel and pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Drive to and from customer jobsites or facilities on a service truck to perform field services.
• Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventive maintenance for machines.
• Complete and submit time/work reports with clear notes.
• Mentor and assist other technicians on complex jobs as needed.
• Conduct in-shop or on-site system audits and evaluations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working order.
