Job summary

Shaker JCB is seeking a field service technician to diagnose and repair heavy equipment in the field across customer sites. You will evaluate equipment performance, analyze complaints, and provide timely maintenance and service reports.

The role requires 3-5 years of heavy equipment maintenance experience, proficiency with mechanics tools, and a valid driver's license; diesel/technician certification is preferred. Salary is based on experience and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of heavy equipment maintenance experience.
• Ability to safely use mechanics tools and equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer system knowledge for parts lookup and work order entry.
• Clean driving record.
• Diesel/Technician Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and analyze customer complaints to resolve equipment performance.
• Repair, rebuild, replace defective parts.
• Write complete and accurate service reports and manage time schedules.
