Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; higher degree may substitute for experience.
• 3+ years of technician experience in related field.
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals.
• Progressive troubleshooting experience.
• Thorough understanding of electrical wiring concepts.
• Willing to travel outside the continental US and deploy overseas.
• Passport valid and able to obtain visas for international travel.
• Must pass pre-deployment medical assessment.
• Willing to work extended hours and shifts.
• OCONUS deployment 90/90 rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level maintenance and repairs on complex aerospace and defense systems.
• Independently manage field service projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Diagnose and resolve the most challenging technical issues.
• Lead and mentor junior and mid-level technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
• Develop and deliver advanced training programs for customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all field activities and equipment status.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Oversee inventory management for spare parts and tools.
• Generate comprehensive technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Travel extensively to customer sites, potentially including international locations.
