Job summary

Ring Power Corporation seeks an experienced maintenance technician to repair or replace defective parts on heavy machinery, disassemble and clean components, and inspect to maximize reuse. You will prepare quotes, manage parts requisitions, and document service activities with precision.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, a valid Class E license, and ongoing attention to safety and efficiency. You may also support lead roles and stay current with industry changes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of experience in the field.
• Must have a valid Class E Driver’s License.
• A specialized technical course or equivalent years of experience as a Technician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace defective parts on machinery/equipment.
• Disassemble components and clean parts.
• Inspect components to maximize reuse to control repair costs.
• Test, diagnose and adjust failures of equipment.
• Create repair estimates and submit quotes/estimates.
• Prepare parts requisitions, time cards, or service reports with detail for accounting.
• Monitor expenses vs repair estimates and notify lead of cost overruns.
• Demonstrate use of dealer computer systems for work orders and documentation.
• Maintain a minimum tool set for job performance.
• Work safely and maintain company machines/equipment.
• Update knowledge of technical changes in the industry.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
