Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative to support a U.S. Army Prototype Commercial-Derivative Wheeled Vehicles Prototype Program.

The Senior FSR will provide hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, operator support, and training assistance throughout prototype development, testing, and user evaluation activities. The selected candidate will work as part of an integrated OEM-KBR field support team and support vehicle readiness, maintenance execution, inventory

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of military vehicle maintenance or related experience.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automotive systems.
Experience performing field-level maintenance and repairs.
Ability to document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports.
Willingness to travel extensively and support long-duration TDY.
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on prototype vehicle systems.
Support vehicle build events and gain familiarity with platform systems and subsystems.
Conduct pre-test and readiness inspections.
Support operator training and user assessments.
Assist with validation of operator manuals, maintenance procedures, and training materials.
Document failures, corrective actions, and readiness impacts.
Coordinate with Government and OEM personnel to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
