Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Field Service Manager – Construction to lead regional deployment crews across multiple enterprise facilities. The role oversees pre-site surveys, on-site kickoffs, safety, QA/QC, FATP commissioning, and continuous team development to ensure safe, on-time project delivery.

The position requires 7+ years in low-voltage construction with supervisory experience, strong RF and DAS/ERCES know-how, and solid stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of low-voltage construction and field ops with 3+ years in supervision.
• Experience overseeing Motorola DMR system installations (CapMAX/LCP).
• Strong background in Public Safety DAS/BDA ERCES; NFPA 1221/AHJ inspections.
• Leadership across dispersed sites
• Low Voltage Contractor License / R-56 certification preferred
• BICSI or equivalent DAS certification a plus
• Knowledge of building/fire codes and permitting processes
• Ability to read RF drawings, riser diagrams, blueprints
• Excellent communication with enterprise stakeholders
• MS Office & project reporting tools proficiency
• Valid driver's license; background/drug screen; security clearance a plus

Responsibilities

• Pre-site walks and readiness assessments
• Lead on-site kickoff meetings and set scope alignment
• Oversee multiple deployment crews and coordinate resources
• Perform QA/QC inspections on DAS/BDA and Motorola DMR infrastructure
• Oversee FATP for Motorola DMR and ERCES commissioning
• Enforce OSHA/NFPA/IFC/R-56 safety standards and daily briefings
• Develop and mentor field teams for high performance
• Manage customer engagement and issue resolution
• Coordinate licensing and AHJ permitting
• Maintain as-built drawings, reports, and close-out packages
• Monitor budget and assist billing/schedule of values
