WMH Solutions is hiring a Senior Field Service Forklift Technician to support customers in the Madison, AL area. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and material handling equipment in the field, working directly with customers to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Forklift or field service technician or related role.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, engine or industrial equipment systems.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Repair hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, engine, and powertrain systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance inspections.
• Conduct safety inspections and equipment evaluations.
• Document service activity, labor time, repair details, and recommendations.
• Communicate with customers regarding equipment condition and repair needs.
• Manage service calls efficiently within your assigned territory.
• Support junior technicians when needed.
