JST is seeking a field service/engineering professional to troubleshoot and optimize advanced semiconductor wet processing equipment in Houston. You will lead startup and qualification of high-value systems, program PLCs, and analyze complex failures using engineering principles to deliver reliable solutions.

You will interpret schematics, communicate with customers, and document changes while collaborating with engineering teams to drive design improvements and ensure SEMI-compliant performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or better in engineering/tech fields or related specialty.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related science fields preferred.
• Minimum 5 years field experience with semiconductor equipment or automation.

Responsabilités

• Analyze complex system failures using advanced diagnostic techniques.
• Interpret technical specs and schematics to diagnose non-routine problems.
• Apply engineering knowledge to develop solutions for modifications and process improvements.
• Lead startup and qualification of automated wet bench systems.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC systems using ladder logic.
• Validate system performance against SEMI standards and specs.
• Serve as primary technical consultant to customers on equipment operation.
• Document service activities and report design improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product design.
