Job summary

JST is a Field Service Engineer role focused on troubleshooting, installing, starting up, and maintaining automated wet bench systems in semiconductor processing. You will travel up to 75% to customer locations domestically and internationally, lead startup activities, program PLCs, and document service findings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree as specified; or equivalent with 5 years experience in semiconductor equipment, automation systems, or precision manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
• Experience with semiconductor processing equipment, PLCs, or automated systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot equipment failures using diagnostic techniques.
• Interpret specifications, P&IDs, electrical schematics to identify issues.
• Lead startup, commissioning, and qualification of automated wet bench systems.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC systems including ladder logic.
• Document service activities and reports.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify improvement opportunities.
