Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8–10+ years of experience with semiconductor capital equipment.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary senior technical resource for semiconductor tools at Arizona customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues across mechanical, electrical, vacuum, pneumatic, and control subsystems.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve uptime.
• Support tool installations, start-ups, upgrades, and fab ramp activities.
• Mentor and train junior Field Engineers and Technicians in Arizona fabs.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and escalation records.
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom, safety, and EHS requirements.
