Job summary

Plasma-Therm in Arizona seeks a Senior Field Service Engineer IV to lead installation, startup, and advanced troubleshooting for wet and plasma processing equipment at a leading semiconductor facility in Phoenix. You will manage on-site tool bring-up, coordinate with OEM partners in Taiwan, perform PM and RM, and mentor junior engineers while adhering to EHS and LOTO protocols.

Strong communication and QA/reporting skills are essential, with experience handling high-visibility customer

Qualifications

• 8+ years of field service or equipment engineering experience in semiconductor capital equipment.
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Semiconductor Technology.
• Experience with wet processing, dry vacuum systems, P&ID, and reading schematics.

Responsibilities

• Overseas OEM Training & Product Bring-Up and on-site tool commissioning.
• Lead on-site tool uncrating, rigging, and system power-on for new tool deliveries.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance with strict SLA targets.
• Root-cause analysis and 8D/quality reports with global teams.
• Mentor peers and enforce EHS and LOTO protocols.
