Job summary

LeoForce, a Nashville-based engineering and technology company, is seeking a senior-level professional to lead electrical and automation projects in Robotic applications. You will supervise wiring/cabling, interpret electrical drawings, and ensure compliance with industry best practices.

The role requires strong mechatronics knowledge, sensor/actuator experience, and hands-on capability with pneumatic and hydraulic layouts, IO tests, and basic PLC/HMI programming.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising subcontractors in wiring and cabling, and ensuring good electrical practices.
• Strong knowledge of mechatronics, sensors and actuators.
• Experience with mechanical installation, pneumatic and hydraulic layouts.
• Basic knowledge of PLC hardware & software programming.
• Basic knowledge of HMI programming.
• Experience in industrial environments, especially robotics.
