Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in controls & automation maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of PLC, sensors, drives, and 3-phase electrical systems.
• Proven experience in maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing control systems.
• Strong understanding of control system design and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex control systems (PLC, sensors, drives, 3-phase).
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Assist in designing and implementing new control systems to meet operations needs.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify improvements for existing systems.
• Provide technical support and training to teammates on control systems.
• Stay updated with latest control systems technologies and apply knowledge.
• Work safely and efficiently per company policies and procedures.
