Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Engineer to support mission systems and IT infrastructure across the Indo-Pacific. You will install, integrate, configure, sustain, troubleshoot, and upgrade mission-critical hardware, software, and networks, ensuring operational readiness for government missions.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in field service, systems engineering, or related roles.
Experience supporting DoD or DISA programs and government customers.
Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise hardware, software, and networks.

Responsibilities

Install and configure mission-critical hardware, software, and networks.
Provide field engineering support for logistics and command-and-control platforms.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance and diagnostics.
Coordinate hardware/software releases and technology refreshes.
Troubleshoot complex issues to restore operational capability.
Collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity, and network operations teams.
