Job summary

Spacelabs Healthcare is seeking a Field Service Engineer to ensure quality service of Spacelabs products within an assigned US territory. You will install, relocate, and upgrade equipment, perform maintenance, and serve as liaison with global technical support while travelling regionally.

The role requires strong technical and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and willingness to relocate within the continental United States after training.

Qualifications

• Associate of Science Degree in electronics or related technical discipline or equivalent training.
• 5+ years of experience as an FSE or equivalent field service.
• Proficient computer skills including Networking, Microsoft Windows, XP operating systems; experience with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Install and relocate Spacelabs products per procedures and docs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and updates to device software.
• Coordinate with global support for troubleshooting and product evaluations.
• Respond to service calls within required timeframes and support sales efforts.
