Corporate Technologies, LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Grand Rapids, MI to independently manage complex client environments, lead escalations, and serve as a technical authority for systems, networks, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in system administration, networking, and server technologies, and will mentor Field Service Technicians while driving solutions to improve stability, performance, and security for clients.

Qualifications

• Managed Services experience required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in an IT-related field.
• Advanced system administration and networking experience.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues beyond technician level.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting of server, network, security, and infrastructure issues.
• Independently manage and support client environments including servers, workstations, networks, and cloud services.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable IT solutions aligned with client needs.
