Job summary

Corporate Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to independently manage complex client environments, troubleshoot, and lead escalations. You will serve as a technical authority in systems, networks, and infrastructure, mentoring junior technicians and driving improvements.

The role focuses on secure, scalable IT solutions, server and cloud service management, and professional client engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with managed services, systems and networking.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or equivalent.
• Experience with Python, PowerShell and APIs; Azure familiarity.
• Ability to lead, troubleshoot and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting for server, network, security, and infra.
• Independently manage and support client environments including cloud services.
• Design, implement and maintain secure scalable IT solutions.
• Perform server planning, deployment, upgrades and migrations.
• Provide expert support for Exchange, Office 365, Azure and AD.
• Analyze recurring issues and suggest long-term improvements.
• Act as liaison between clients, teams and vendors.
• Mentor Field Service Technicians and share knowledge.
• Participate in client meetings to explain issues and solutions.
• Document all work with root cause analysis and resolutions.
• Contribute to standards, procedures and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead after-hours support.
