Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking Senior Field Service Engineers I & II to support a premier client site in Phoenix, AZ. You will install, maintain, and repair semiconductor equipment, lead complex troubleshooting, and mentor junior engineers on-site.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in electromechanical or electrical field service, experience with semiconductor capital equipment, and willingness to travel 75% domestically and internationally. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ to 8+ years of field service experience, depending on level.
• Experience in semiconductor capital equipment and cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair semiconductor equipment with minimal supervision.
• Lead troubleshooting with structured methods and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge on-site.
• Review tool-performance data and contribute to process improvements.
• Document service activities and update procedures.
