Eaton is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative in Pleasanton, CA. This role includes a company car and a guaranteed 40-hour paid week, with travel and overtime opportunities based on project needs.

You will support the power system lifecycle, manage projects, and mentor technicians while using digital tools for remote work. This is a field-based, customer-facing position requiring strong problem-solving and leadership.

Formación

• 3+ years testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution and control systems.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; regular driver designation.
• No sponsorship or relocation; must reside within 50 miles of Pleasanton, CA.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers across the power system lifecycle: startup, commissioning support, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and emergencies.
• Manage small projects independently and lead FSR teams on larger projects.
• Generate timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
• Provide recommendations for improved electrical systems.
• Mentor less experienced technicians and use digital tools for remote work.
