Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Engineer to certify and requalify cleanrooms and controlled environments. You will write protocols, train technicians, and ensure compliance with CETA and NEBB standards.

Ideal candidates have a four-year degree in a related field, 7–10 years of field service experience, and strong communication skills. Travel within the territory is required, with standard full-time hours and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a related field plus 7–10 years’ experience, preferably as a Field Service Engineer.
• CETA certification held and in good standing.
• NEBB CPT certification is an advantage, at either Certified Professional or Certified Technician level.
• Clear, respectful, and timely verbal and written communication.
• Experience representing a certification firm during customer quality audits, state board inspections or FDA inspections is preferred.
• Must be able to travel within customer territory up to 5 days per week and overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform and authenticate certification and requalification of cleanrooms and controlled environments.
• Write protocols, methods and SOPs within field of expertise.
• Train and direct field service personnel.
• Maintain NEBB CPT and CETA certifications and manage records.
