Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services seeks a Senior Field Service Engineer (FSE) specializing in calibrations, preventative maintenance and certifications of clean rooms and biosafety systems. You will lead certification work to CETA standards, write SOPs, train staff, and build the firm’s NEBB CPT credentials.

The role requires a four-year degree and 7–10 years in field service, CETA certification, and travel within the territory. Excellent documentation and client communication are essential.

Qualifications

Four-year degree in a related field plus 7–10 years’ field service experience.
SME in field service for clean room certifications and related equipment.
CETA certification current; NEBB CPT or similar credentials are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Perform and authenticate certification of cleanrooms and controlled environments per standards.
Lead calibration protocols, maintenance, and training for field staff.
Prepare and review certification reports and technical documents.
