Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation seeks a Project Scheduler for the Lake Charles LNG project. You will develop, maintain, and monitor schedules to optimize critical activities and meet milestones on a large-scale energy facility.

You will work within Bechtel's Office/Project environment, coordinating with multiple disciplines to ensure accurate progress reporting and timely completions. The role demands field awareness and strong analytical skills to drive project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent with 2–5 years of relevant experience, or 6–9 years in the field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, direct, perform, review, and present schedule products with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with engineering, construction management, procurement and scheduling practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of schedule data for proposals or contracts.
• Establishes and maintains the schedule for a specific discipline area or specialty.
• Develops WBS, determines work duration, logical ties, and budgeted expenditures.
• Performs schedule monitoring and identifies critical activities.
• Assists with critical path reports and schedule performance metrics.
• Reports progress relative to milestones for the project or its major portions.
• Performs schedule analysis and recovery planning.
