Job summary

Premier Food Supplies, LLC seeks a seasoned field sales professional to manage accounts, visit customers, upsell, and drive growth in the Indian food market. The role requires regular travel across the Midwest, strong product knowledge, and collaboration with strategy and marketing teams to implement insights.

Applicants should have 5+ years in field sales in relevant industries, be bilingual (English/Hindi), and able to lift up to 60 lbs. Office-based in the Midwest with frequent site visits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience in food & beverages, hospitality, distribution, or FMCG/CPG.
• Bilingual in English and Hindi; additional South Asian languages a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Capable of occasionally lifting up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sales management: grow weekly orders from assigned accounts.
• Visit clients regularly and follow up to assess needs and upsell.
• Provide product expertise and tailored recommendations.
• Support collections with timely payments.
• Build relationships with grocery and restaurant clients.
• Identify new business opportunities in the Indian food market.
• Log and track customer issues and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Analyze sales data to increase market share and wallet size.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitors for reports.
