Job summary

Premier Food Supplies, LLC is seeking a Field Sales professional to drive weekly orders, regularly visit clients, and upsell through informed product recommendations. You will support collections, cultivate key relationships, and pursue new opportunities in the Indian food market across the Midwest.

The role requires 2–5 years of field sales experience in food/beverage, bilingual English/Hindi, and up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field sales experience in food & beverage, hospitality, distribution, or FMCG/CPG.
• Bilingual in English and Hindi; additional South Asian languages a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record; willing to travel up to 75%.
• Capable of occasionally lifting up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sales Management: grow weekly sales orders from assigned accounts.
• Client visits and follow-up to assess needs and upsell/cross-sell.
• Provide product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
• Assist collections with timely payments from accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with grocery and restaurant clients.
• Identify new business opportunities in the Indian food market.
• Log and track customer inquiries and resolve issues swiftly.
• Analyze sales data to increase market share and wallet size.
• Stay informed on market trends and provide insights to management.
• Collaborate with strategy team to implement sales insights daily.
• Participate in field marketing, demos, and industry events.
• Lead generation via cold calling; report to management.
• Support customers adopting new technologies and e-commerce platforms.
