Job summary

IQ Fiber is seeking a Senior Sales & Events Advisor to lead a field-based direct sales team and drive local market penetration. You will plan blitz events, community activations, and resident engagement efforts to generate qualified leads and customers.

Travel within assigned territories, attend evenings and weekends, and collaborate with marketing, engineering, and operations to provide a smooth onboarding experience from sale through installation. Vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven field/outside sales experience; telecom preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in field sales; team management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel locally and operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead a direct sales team to identify opportunities and drive new customer acquisition.
• Plan and execute field sales activities including blitz events, community activations, and resident engagement initiatives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with civic leaders, HOAs, and community influencers to build local momentum.
• Meet or exceed market penetration targets and sales performance goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, engineering, and operations to ensure a smooth onboarding from sale to installation.
