Job summary

IQ Fiber is seeking a Senior Sales & Events Advisor to lead a team of Direct Sales Advisors and drive awareness of IQ Fiber in assigned Florida fiberhoods. The role blends individual sales production with leadership and requires presence in the field, attending community events in evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate has field sales experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with marketing, engineering, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in field or outside sales; telecommunications experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in a field environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing direct sales team focused on opportunities and new customer acquisition across assigned fiberhoods.
• Plan and execute field sales activities including blitz events, community activations, and resident engagement initiatives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with civic leaders, HOAs, and community influencers to build local momentum for IQ Fiber's PR, marketing, and sales efforts.
• Meet or exceed market penetration targets and sales performance goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, engineering, and operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience from sale through installation.
• Coach and support team members to maintain high activity levels and effective sales execution in the field.
